Building Maintenance & Construction Services

General Improvment Works: Joinery, carpentry, suspended ceilings, partitioning, painting, roofing, glazing, metalwork, guttering, plastering, rendering, tiling, floor laying, acoustic flooring, balustrade, office fit out, remodelling areas, steel fabrication and installation.

Fixed wiring testing & inspection: Carry out test and inspection of fixed wiring, a NICEIC certificate will be issued following satisfactory completion of the test and inspection. Compliance with current legislation and satisfies building insurance obligations.

A/C Installation & Maintenance: We will examine and install refrigeration and air movement equipment that constitutes the air-conditioning systems including their controls.

Emergency lighting: Carry out the annual 3 hour depletion test for the emergency lighting in accordance with current legislation.

Emergency lighting instlation: Carry out a full survey of existing emergincy lighting and suppy full recomedations in accordance with current legislation.

Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) Renewable Energy: Solar PV utilises free energy from the sun to generate electricity, relying on daylight rather than radiation to generate power through photovoltaic cells within the roof-mounted collectors. Simple to install renewable energy source, energy saving.

High level guttering: Periodic gutter cleaning, eradicating leaves, twigs, general debris, blockages, standing water, laying decaying vegetation, and snow build up.

CWS Water Hygiene Testing: Identify and assess the cold water storage tank sources, undertake a full hygiene testing, prepare a certfication and recomedations for controlling the risk, manage and monitor the precautionary measures & preventions.

Lightning surge & protection: Although not a statutory requirement to install lightning or surge protection it is good practice to do so.

Lighting upgrades & enhancements: We specialise in lighting installations & upgrades, retrofits to all commercial properties and in particular where energy savings can be made by replacing with new and more modern fittings, and this can include the latest in LED technology where appropriate.
